* Vol. 10 The Divided Kingdom

(Subtitle in Italics, smaller size print)

Learning from viewing the successes and the failures of various kings.

*****

Description of Book:

There are common themes in successes and in failures of the kings of the Old Testament.

When we look at these examples, we can see how we should live today and also we see how God views our actions!

Often a king will do well until the end of his life ...  and then throw everything away.

Jesus warns us about this time in which we now live:

Matthew 24:12-13  And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many (toward the Word of God) shall wax cold.   But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

We start the race, but only that person who holds on and finishes the race wins.

There is the honeymoon ... but then life!

Romans 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
